3. The ID must be clear and readable.
4. The selfie photo must be clear, not blurry. We suggest you take a photo in a place with good lighting.

Note: If you're having trouble taking a selfie, another option is to use a printed ID photo (2x2 size is recommended). Simply scan the photo and save it in an image format such as .png, .jpg, or .jpeg. You can use a document scanning app, which can be downloaded from your device’s app store. Make sure the image has good resolution.
